Cavity Wall Insulation Explained

Wall Insulation

One of the main ways in which you can save money from your energy bills is by having cavity wall insulation (un-insulated cavity walls account for up to 33% of heat loss from a typical home). The cavity can be filled with insulating material (our Installers use Instabead), reducing the amount of heat escaping from your home, and helping to prevent condensation.

Process

Our recommended installer technicians will drill a number of small holes to the outside of the property, inject the cavity wall insulation by using specialist equipment and finally filling the holes, leaving a clean finish.

Cost

There are currently grants available under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, which we can help you access, significantly reducing your contribution. Your cavity wall insulation cost will never be more than £99 and in some cases you may be able to have the work carried out for free.

All work carried out by our registered installers within the UK is guaranteed by the CIGA (Cavity Insulation Guarantee Association) for a period of 25 years.

So don’t delay and fill out the contact form and one of our operators will call you back within 24 hours!
